Warranty Policy
Worried about making the investment and receiving a defective product? Not a problem! We are proud to offer a risk free one year warranty. Just follow the protocol to avail the warranty.
How to claim your warranty:
- If your item malfunctions, email a customer care representative at info@setosaskin.pk or DM us on our Instagram.
- Once approved, return the device in its original packaging via a trackable mail service within a year from date of purchase to the address provided by our customer care representative.(Postage costs for the sending and return of the item are the full responsibility of the Claimant).
- Your device will then be repaired and mailed back to your address in 10 days.
- The warranty will deem invalid if product damage is caused by accidental or man-made behaviors, such as liquid damage, falling, input unsuitable voltage, excessive extrusion, main board deformation, etc. including other events such as when the power adapter is damaged, cracked, broken or deformed. Faults or damage caused by factors of force majeure such as fire, earthquake, and flood.
- One year warranty is applicable on electronic items only.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
