Orders and Payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees. We accept Cash on Delivery and the payment methods shown at checkout. Our team may contact you on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm your order. For orders with an incomplete address, we may request a small advance payment, which will be adjusted against your total. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled. We may refuse or cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected misuse.

Shipping

We deliver across Pakistan through our courier partners, typically within 2 to 5 working days, although delays may occur during sales or holidays. Orders above PKR 10,000 qualify for free shipping.

Returns and Refunds

IPL Handsets: Returnable within 7 days of delivery in their original box with all accessories. Every return is inspected by our team, and a refund, replacement, or repair will be determined after inspection. Devices with physical damage, water damage, or signs of misuse do not qualify.

All other products are not eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a video showing the parcel being opened. After verification, we will send a replacement or issue a refund. Without the opening video, these cases are difficult to process, so we strongly recommend recording yourself opening every parcel as a general rule.

Approved refunds are processed after inspection via your original payment method or bank transfer.

Warranty

Our IPL handsets carry a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a video showing the issue. After verification, we will repair or replace the device. We are not liable for any malfunctions that occur after the warranty period has expired.

Product Use and Safety

Please use our products as directed in the included instructions. Do not use IPL devices on tattoos, dark moles, broken skin, or irritated skin. Consult a doctor if you have a medical condition that may be affected by light-based treatments. Results vary from person to person, and product descriptions should not be considered medical claims.
