Delivery Coverage

We deliver all across Pakistan through our courier partners. Whether you're in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad or a smaller city, we've got you covered.

Delivery Time

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days after confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days for major cities and 4 to 7 working days for remote areas. You'll receive a tracking number via Email once your order ships.

Shipping Charges

Standard delivery charges apply for orders below Rs.10,000.

Order Confirmation

Since we offer Cash on Delivery, our team may reach out via WhatsApp or call to confirm your order before dispatch. Please make sure your phone number is correct and reachable, unconfirmed orders may be delayed or cancelled.

Cash on Delivery

Pay in cash when your parcel arrives at your doorstep.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you can track it using the tracking number shared with you. If you have any trouble tracking your parcel, reach out to us on WhatsApp or Instagram and we'll sort it out.

Failed Deliveries

If the rider can't reach you, the courier partner will attempt delivery again. If the parcel remains undelivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us. Repeated refusals of confirmed orders may affect your ability to place COD orders in the future.

Delays

During sale periods, Eid season, or due to weather and courier disruptions, deliveries may take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience.
